About Keith:

Keith McCurdy, M.A., Ed.S.

Keith has worked with families, children, parents, and individuals for over 30 years in the field of mental health, helping more than 15,000 individuals and families navigate parenting, marriage, and healthy relationships. As president and CEO of Total Life Counseling, Inc., and a licensed professional counselor and licensed marriage and family therapist in Virginia, he provides counseling, consulting, and practical workshops for parents.

Keith developed the “Raising sturdy kids” parenting retreats to help parents operate from the correct paradigm with their children and has extended this program for schools and students. He has also served as a national consultant and speaker to churches and schools and as chairman of the board at Faith Christian School.
