GRAMMAR SCHOOL
TRINITY CHRISTIAN SCHOOL
CLASSICAL TRIVIUM MODEL
The Grammar Stage

Trinity Christian School uses the classical teaching model. Student learning follows three stages, called trivium, based on the development of the mind as students grow. “Grammar School” is named for the first stage. In this foundational stage, students acquire knowledge through memorization, experience, and language.

On a daily basis, in most subject areas, you will see some type of memory work happening in the classroom.
