MEET OUR LEADERSHIP TEAM
Mr. Kyle Maestri
Headmaster
Mr. Maestri is a passionate follower of Jesus Christ. He grew up in a Christian home where he was taught to ask hard questions which deepened his faith at a young age. He attended Biola University and was part of their first full graduating class of the Torrey Honors Institute, a Christ-centered classical education great books program. While at Biola, he studied Philosophy and Theology and gained a passion for K-12 classical education. In 2003, he was approached to help start a classical Christian school for the Prescott area. He was daunted by the task, but trusted that God was leading and did not want to miss out. He completed his Master’s degree in Educational Leadership at Northern Arizona University in 2009. He loves teaching, spending time with students, being at home with his family, reading, and playing basketball. Along the way, during the beginning of the school, he married his true love, Anni. They now have four beautiful daughters that they are working hard to raise in the truth of God’s Word. Please pray for him and his family as he leads this ministry with the guidance of the School Board, the Word, and the Spirit of God.
Mr. Aaron Rosberg
Assistant Headmaster
Aaron and his wife, Erin, have lived in the Prescott area for a little over 14 years and are blessed to have the opportunity to raise their kids here. Aaron has a Bachelor’s in Communication from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor and Masters in Educational Leadership from Grand Canyon University. Aaron has always felt a calling to ministry from the Lord and he is honored to fulfill that calling through the ministry of Trinity Christian School. Aaron and Erin are excited to have both their son and daughter attending Trinity Grammar School. They are honored to be a part of the Trinity family and are excited to see all that God has in store for the students, families, faculty, and staff of Trinity in the years to come.
Mr. Lance Duffield
Grammar School Principal
Mr. Duffield has served as a teacher in several grades, boardermaster, administrator in Christian schools (one of which he was the founding headmaster), as well as a church planter. He joined us from his prior role as the principal of a private K-7 school of around 1500 students in Johannesburg, South Africa. Mr. Duffield has been involved in ministry in both schools and churches for his entire career. He has a passion for Christian education and the power of biblical worldview discipleship that can occur for the whole family in partnership with the local church.
The Duffield family are natives to South Africa and heard God’s call many years ago to come to the US as missionaries. Over the past few years God has clarified that calling and, through much prayer, walked them through the process of joining the Trinity family. After spending a year corresponding regularly with Mr. Maestri and other members of the Trinity community, it was abundantly clear that God’s hand was in this partnership. Mr. Duffield is passionate about the field of Classical, Christian education and helping more families catch a vision for discipling their children in an increasingly secularized American culture.
